Opening Remarks and Welcome
We will welcome and introduce the regional teams in the inaugural cohort of Texas Regional Pathways Network members and formally launch the Network. Participants will learn more about the background of the pathways work in Texas and how TEA and its partners will support regional teams in their pathways work.

Network members will learn more about the seven key components of strong pathways and how to integrate a focus on these components into their pathways work.

Participants in this session will workshop and strengthen the crosswalks included in their regional grant applications.

Participants in this session will learn about the key role that intermediaries play in pathways implementation, including launch and development.

Participants in this session will learn the right and relevant information to ensure successful execution of the grant. Topics will include budgeting, reporting, and timelines.

Team Time: Borderplex-Upper Rio Grande Health Science and IT Regional Pathways Network
Regional teams will have dedicated time to begin planning the launch of their pathways work, including discussing their strengths and areas in which additional support from TEA and its partners may be needed. Teams may also use a portion of this time to share what they learned during the concurrent sessions. Team time will be facilitated by a JFF or TEA staff member, who will also share additional information about planning a site visit to your region. The goal of the site visit is to learn more about your work and team and to collaborate with you to develop ideas about how TEA and its partners can provide technical assistance to support your success in implementing pathways.
